Gov. Paul LePage confirmed Tuesday that he will not deliver a traditional State of the State address to the Maine Legislature this year. LePage had hinted several weeks ago that he would forgo the traditional speech in front of a legislative body that he views as hostile to himself and his administration’s policy priorities.
