By Steve Gust For The OklahomanGUTHRIE — City officials are hoping for voter approval of a three-quarter-cent sales tax they say would generate $19 million in revenue over the next 15 years. Tuesday, voters will decide the issue that, if approved, would bring a series of capital improvement projects involving wastewater, streets, equipment, recreation and other needs to the Logan County town.
