The Harris County Sheriff's office has terminated a deputy who had a relationship with a woman alleged to have been Deputy Darren Goforth's mistress, according to a report from ABC13. Goforth, 47, was gunned down at a northwest Harris County gas station last August. Department investigators arrested Shannon Miles, 31. He is charged with capital murder.
