A Richmond County sheriff’s deputy fired shots and his stun gun during a Monday afternoon chase that reached speeds over 100 miles per hour. According to an incident report, Cpl. James Ouzts attempted to stop a red Chevrolet Impala about 6:30 p.m. Monday when the car ran a stop sign on Megan Lane.
