Columbia County officials have lifted a stop work order at the Magnolia Valley Plantation development off William Few Parkway after a site inspection found that proper erosion control measures were in place. The development had been under the order since December, when county inspectors found that previously installed sediment basins were removed ahead of schedule to continue with construction, said Gary Bennett, Columbia County’s stormwater utility manager.
