WYOMING — State police are looking for a man they say threatened a state trooper after a traffic stop. Police said that on April 26, a trooper stopped Richard Jay Winiewicz, 27, of Plains Township, for allegedly driving erratically. Police said that Winiewicz recognized the trooper by name. Police allege that at 2:27 p.m.
