Two finalists emerged Thursday as front-runners to replace John Keane as executive director of the Jacksonville Police and Fire Pension Fund. The pension fund’s board selected Tim Johnson, executive director of the Allegheny County (Pa.) Employees’ Retirement System, and Corinne Koch, the administrator of the International Painters and Allied Trades Industry Pension Fund, which is in Maryland.
