Attorney General Loretta Lynch announced Tuesday that the Justice Department will seek the death penalty in the case of the 22-year-old man charged in the shooting and killing of nine black churchgoers in Charleston, South Carolina, last year.In July, a federal grand jury indicted Dylann Roof on 33 counts that included charges of hate crimes.
