The project, Uptown Olie, will include a two-story retail building at 1007 NW 23 and six 2400-square-foot, three-story town homes to the north at 1000 NW 24. Architect Duane Mass said both buildings will add a more contemporary look to the corner of NW 23 and Olie Avenue. “The materials are very much the same, and it's the same character and design,” Mass said.Read more on NewsOK.com
