STOCKTON — Organizers of San Joaquin Delta College’s fledgling radio station are taking their voices elsewhere after college officials decided that KWDC must shut down for the summer.Their permanent departure is also the apparent result of a disagreement over whether the station should serve primarily the campus or the surrounding community.KWDC 93.5 officially went off the air at 1:28 p.m.
