BOSTON — A Suffolk County jail guard has pleaded not guilty to a charge of improper sexual conduct with a female inmate.Marlon Juba was held on $20,000 cash bail at his arraignment Thursday.Prosecutors say surveillance video from May 10 shows the 29-year-old Juba enter the inmate's cell in the Suffolk County House of Corrections at South Bay.
