STAMFORD — A city man nearly three times over the limit was arrested at gunpoint Saturday night after twice fleeing traffic stops, police said. Sgt. Simon Blanc said a motorist alerted police to a car stopped at a green traffic light at the intersection of Stillwater Avenue and Long Ridge Road about 10 p.m.
