The polls for the Colorado 2016 primary election close in less than half an hour, and voters are still turning in their ballots. As of Tuesday morning, the Colorado Secretary of State's Office reports the following vote totals: Democrats: Ballots sent: 990,961; Ballots returned: 232,273; Percent: 23.43.
