Comment on Joplin School Board approves algebra textbooks for high school

Textbooks will make a comeback in some math classes at Joplin High School. With an "amen" from Vice President Jennifer Martucci, the Board of Education on Tuesday night approved the $33,753 purchase of algebra I textbooks and digital resources from Houghton Mifflin.
