Construction has begun to add a new right-turn lane on westbound U.S. 90 at Brandy Branch Road (County Road 121) west of Baldwin, according to the Florida Department of Transportation. Contractors began clearing operations and installation of a silt fence required for erosion control as part of a box culvert extension.
