STOCKTON — Police made a quick arrest and returned a stolen iPhone to a jogger Thursday morning.The 24-year-old woman was jogging in the firs block of Canyon Creek Drive about 9:50 a.m. when a man with a gun held her up and demanded her iPhone.He left on foot and was seen boarding a bus bound for Pacific and Yokuts.
