Two people are reported dead and more than a dozen others shot after police were called to a shooting at a nightclub, Fort Myers television station WFTX-Ch. 4 is reporting. The initial call at a shooting scene near Club Blue Bar and Grill came shortly before 1 a.m., the station reported.
