Portland's fashion scene will get another resource Friday night when Laptops & Smalltalk hosts a launch party on the rooftop patio of the Society Hotel. Founder Brittany Sierra expects 70 at the event, which is aimed at fashion entrepreneurs. There's no cost to attend the event, which is from 6-8 p.m. "It's a launch party," Sierra said.
