IOWA CITY — The Iowa City Area Chamber of Commerce has named a new president and CEO to head up its mission.The chamber announced this week that a search committee has chosen Kim Casko, an organizational effectiveness program manager at ACT Inc., as its new leader out of a pool of more than 100 applicants.
