From Staff ReportsEL RENO — The city of El Reno has partnered with SeeClickFix to announce El Reno Connect, which will allow residents to report quality-of-life issues and request services for citywide maintenance and repair. With the free SeeClickFix mobile app and web tools, El Reno residents can provide the city staff with pictures, videos, specific descriptions and other information needed to get jobs done efficiently, according to a news release. In addition, the SeeClickFix platform provides city officials with a centralized system to manage issues from creation to resolution — engaging residents throughout the process. “El Reno Connect allows citizens to be part of the process of recognizing and solving issues within their own city,” El Reno Mayor Matt White said. “The best thing about El Reno Connect is you can be sure your report goes to the right person and you will be kept up-to-date on what is being done about it,” City Manager Dan Galloway said. The partnership allows residents to view, comment on and vote to fix problems submitted by their neighbors.Read more on NewsOK.com
