Frankfurt, Germany-based Deutsche Bank (NYSE: DB) has hired a longtime oil and gas investment banker from JPMorgan Chase & Co. (NYSE: JPM) in Houston. Deutsche Bank hired Lackland Bloom as managing director in the natural resources group at its Houston office, according to Reuters. He will officially join the company next month.
