WHATELY, Mass. — A New York City man is under arrest in Massachusetts after allegedly leading police on a roughly 10-mile pursuit and tossing heroin out his car window.Authorities say police deployed tire-deflation devices to stop 36-year-old George Flores in the town of Whately on Wednesday afternoon.
