As the last of about 2,500 Hurricane Matthew evacuees left on buses Monday back to Savannah, some volunteers were saying the experience was disorganized and unfriendly at one Augusta shelter. The volunteers, part of a group of around 25 T.W. Josey High School alumni, pointed to a single Red Cross volunteer and a small group of discontented evacuees – one of whom posted a video, later removed, on Facebook – as causing most of the trouble. read more
