A jury found Glenn V. Riggs II guilty on all three counts in the November 2013 death of Barnwell surgeon Dr. Charles Mann. After deliberating for less than an hour, the jury found Riggs guilty on charges of malice murder, felony murder and armed robbery, despite the defense asking the jury to consider an involuntary manslaughter charge instead.
