The suit states officials at Ramapo (RAM'-uh-poh) College in Mahwah were "indifferent" while the fraternity Pi Kappa Alpha International held parties on campus that included underage drinking. The woman said fraternity pledges were told to get girls drunk and members "actively solicited, recruited, and persuaded random students outside of the apartment building to come to this party." The victim claims she suffered permanent psychological injuries, emotional and mental distress in addition to serious and permanent physical injuries.
