Comment on Cuyahoga Falls man arrested for theft from mentally disabled woman

A 65-year-old Cuyahoga Falls man has been arrested for allegedly stealing nearly $60,000 from a woman with developmental disabilities.Larry Hudkins was charged with theft, a second-degree felony, Thursday and taken to the Summit County Jail.Additional charges are pending the outcome of the investigation, according to a press release from the Summit County Sheriff’s Office.The sheriff’s office received a report May 9 that a man was misappropriating funds from a mentally disabled woman since April 2012.
