New life will be injected next year into a former landmark restaurant on Lake St. Clair in Harrison Township.The destination spot Gino's Surf banquet hall and adjoining Luna Kai tiki bar -- which shut down in 2015 -- has been sold. The new owners will begin working on the structure, with hopes to re-open sometime in 2017.
