Comment on Man dead following officer-involved shooting in Hudson

A man is dead after he was shot by a Hudson police officer Sunday afternoon on Hudson Aurora Road.A news release from the city reports that around 2:45 p.m., the suspect was traveling at a high speed on the Ohio Turnpike in Hudson when he sideswiped another vehicle and his car flipped.“The male motorist climbed out of the damaged vehicle and fled, “ Hudson Communications Manager Jody Roberts said in the news release.A Hudson police officer went searching for the suspect and found him in a nearby woods off Hudson Aurora Road.
