SOUTHBURY - Police have confirmed that a body was found Monday in the parking lot of the Heritage Hotel and Conference Center. Authorites said both local police and detectives with the State Police Western District Major Crime Squad are both investigating the scene where the body was located. Police have yet to release an identity of the person or how the individual died.
