WILKES-BARRE — A new Wyoming Valley Conference boys basketball season will bring new divisions, a new playoff format and new uncertainty. Divisional realignment and a power-ranking system to determine District 2 playoff seedings were two topics as the coaches gathered Sunday evening for their annual media day. First, the new divisions. The WVC went from a setup of eight teams in Division 1 and five each in Divisions 2 and 3 to each division having six teams.
