LONE TREE — The Johnson County Sheriff’s Office is on the scene of a fatal two-vehicle crash near Lone Tree.According to the sheriff’s office, deputies responded to a crash at the intersection of Highway 22 and Wapsi Avenue at 6:19 a.m. Wednesday. Few details on the crash are available, but authorities said one person was pronounced dead at the scene, one was taken to the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics via AirCare and another was transported by ground ambulance.Deputies and the Iowa State Patrol are still on the scene of the crash and the roadway remains partially blocked, the sheriff’s office said.
