Walden Road will be shut down for two to four hours due to a "major gas leak" near 6300 Walden, according to Beaumont Police. "Please avoid this area," the department said in a tweet. "About two blocks" of the street are currently blocked off, Officer Jessica McCauley said. Beaumont Fire Department and CenterPoint Energy are also at the scene. "They're not evacuating anybody, it's a little natural gas leak," she said.
