Farmer Michael Hayden of Folklore Farm in Cherryfield likes growing vegetables, but he loves fighting hunger. Hayden is working to make a difference in Washington County by bringing farmers markets to school kids. He brought the farm stand to Milbridge Elementary School last Thursday where children get vegetables to take home.
