A Portland man was sentenced Wednesday to 15 years in prison for kidnapping a Rockland woman while she was walking home from work. Shane Hall pleaded guilty to kidnapping, aggravated assault, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, eluding an officer and driving to endanger during a hearing in Knox County Unified Court. Justice Bruce Mallonnee sentenced Hall, 29, to 30 years in prison with all but 15 years suspended.
