U.S. airlines hired 3.7 percent more workers in November than in the same month in 2015 according to the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Bureau of Transportation Statistics. In November, airlines hired 416,046 full-time employees, the highest since January 2005, when 417,789 employees were hired.
