The new Trump administration may be a “finely tuned machine,” but it’s operating without all its parts, White House Chief of Staff Reince Priebus said Sunday.Echoing the public assessment of President Donald Trump, Priebus said on CBS's “Face the Nation” that the administration has gone long enough without a fully stocked Cabinet and suggested that several top slots have endured lengthier Senate confirmation processes than those in previous administrations.
