Chickasaw Journal A person is dead after a wreck involving an 18-wheeler and an ambulance in Chickasaw County. The wreck happened on Highway 32 between Van Vleet and Okolona. It is believed the MedStat ambulance was transporting a patient. There is no immediate word on who died. The wreck has blocked the road to traffic, which is being rerouted to County Road 131.
