The Oklahoma Corporation Commission said the volume limits were mandatory and gave operators 30 days to comply. Regulators said the rates of earthquakes have dropped since they stepped up their oversight of disposal well volumes into the Arbuckle, the deepest layer of sedimentary rock and a longtime, popular target of wastewater disposal.Read more on NewsOK.com
