PROVIDENCE — The Rhode Island Commerce Corporation Monday night approved spending about $4.3 million in one-year contracts with four firms to carry forward with the state's tourism and business-attraction efforts. * NAIL Communications, of Providence, will earn $978,000 for development of tourism advertising and social media content, plus a separate $454,000 contract for business-attraction efforts.
