A large office and warehouse development proposed last year in Jeffersontown is moving forward, but it is doing so with a new owner. Minnetonka, Minn.-based Technology Drive Development LP filed a revised development plan with Louisville Metro Government Monday to construct the 224,000-square-foot facility on 16.5 acres in Bluegrass Commerce Park. Technology Drive Development will build the facility on it 16.5 acres it owns at 2621 Technology Drive.
