Murder victim's niece weighs in after Supreme Court sides with death row inmate

A 1980 murder victim's niece said she is "accepting the inevitable" two days after the Supreme Court ruled on Tuesday that Texas courts must reconsider whether death-row inmate Bobby Moore is intellectually disabled and thus not eligible for the death penalty. On April 25, 1980, Moore fatally shot elderly store clerk James McCarble during a robbery at Houston's Birdsall Super Market, not far from Memorial Park.
