Connecticut graduation rates climbing as Malloy rethinks school funding

NEW HAVEN >> Connecticut officials confirmed Monday the official state graduation rate in 2016 reached a new record high 87.4 percent, with the gap in graduation rates between the lowest achieving districts and the state average continuing to close.
