HAMDEN >> The State Police have issued a Silver Alert for a teen described as an endangered runaway.Christian Tapler, 13, was described as a black male with blond hair and brown eyes. He is approximately 5 foot 4 inches tall and weights 170 pounds. He was last seen on Friday wearing blue jeans, a white hooded sweatshirt, Timberland boots and carrying a grey and maroon backpack.
