Stockton man ID'd in Sunday shootingSTOCKTON — The man who was found fatally shot inside a vehicle Sunday morning in a residential neighborhood was identified Monday as Charles Oak Jr., 42, of Stockton, according to the San Joaquin County Coroner’s Office.Police arrived at the scene in the 1800 block of West Acacia Street — just west of Victory Park northwest of Pershing Avenue and Interstate 5 — at 6:11 a.m.
