WARREN, R.I. — The 2nd Story Theatre, at 28 Market St., is closing its 75-seat downstairs theater following the final run of its current production, "ART," on May 22. The upstairs theater, which seats about 150, will remain open.Theater president and artistic director Ed Shea said the downstairs theater, formerly a restaurant, has been open for about five years.
