Described as a crime thriller, the project will be set during the New York City blackout of 1977, with the hugely talented pair finding themselves amid the chaos.

Action movie superstar Jason Statham will unite with the director behind last years Plane, Jean-Franois Richet, for Mutiny, which will find The Beekeeper star on the run while uncovering a major global conspiracy. No doubt while punching as many people as possible. Mutiny comes courtesy of Lionsgate, who have now picked up the North American distribution rights ahead of the Cannes market.
