WILKES-BARRE — A dinner Tuesday was organized with one goal in mind: acceptance. The NEPA Rainbow Alliance held the first of what its members are hoping will be a monthly event that they’re calling “Pass the Salt,” aimed at gathering those who might not be able to gather otherwise. “We’re trying to do new programming to increase a sense of community,” said Everal “Ben” Eaton, 24, of Wilkes-Barre, who volunteers for the NEPA Rainbow Alliance.
