Gov. Wolf signs Stolen Valor Bill HARRISBURG — Gov. Tom Wolf has signed into law Act 9, House Bill 168 — the so-called Stolen Valor Bill. It protects benefits for Pennsylvania veterans and prohibits the fraudulent representation of military service or military decorations to obtain money, property, or other benefits.
