Tito Jackson is stepping up his criticism of Mayor Martin J. Walsh’s response to shootings and murders in the city this summer — an attack the mayor said is “counterproductive.”Jackson joined a dozen activists, including the Rev. Bruce Wall, at Wall’s Global Ministries Church in Dorchester yesterday to call for more resources to fight violent crime in what he’s calling a crisis in the neighborhoods.
