By Staff report MANNINGTON - West Virginia State Police are investigating after a deputy with the Marion County Sheriff's Department reportedly shot and killed the driver of a stolen vehicle Wednesday during a pursuit. The deputy started the pursuit of a stolen Jeep Wrangler near Mannington, according to a release from the State Police.
